On June 27, 2019, at about 9:30 pm, LAPD officers Llewellyn and Wilhelm responded to a radio call of “Possible Attempted Suicide” at the home of Mark Slotkin, father of the deceased. According to the police investigation report, Mark Slotkin called 911 and reported that his 25-year-old daughter, Nicollette Abbey Slotkin, had locked herself in a room and he heard a gunshot. The coroner has ruled this death as a suicide, but her mother, and others do not believe it was a suicide. They believe it is a homicide. If you have any additional information to substantiate that this is a homicide versus a suicide, please contact Officers Llewellyn and Wilhelm at the Los Angeles Police Department, Homicide Bureau at (323) 786-5100.
